Input materials - all the input materials used to manufacture our products only come from reputable sources. The raw materials are also required to come with Certificate of Analysis that is verified by our professionals during the Bowtrol in-house quality control analysis.

Thorough analysis of each manufactured product - each product manufactured undergoes an in-depth analysis. The analysis is documented, and the information about every specific component of the product is recorded, including the production methods and lot number for each ingredient.

Assignment of lot numbers - every time we receive an order to produce herbal supplements, we assign a lot number to the order and enter it to the production documentation. The products are only delivered to the points of sale after they are fully inspected by our professionals.

Packaging - all the materials used to manufacture the packaging are also only purchased from reputable wholesale dealers. Specific staff checks that proper labels are assigned to proper products to avoid any disorder or damage. Also, all new labels are compared to the master labels in order to avoid confusion connected with the printing process.

Our production guidelines

Bowtrol has strict guidelines for production for each stage of the process in order to be able to guarantee the high quality of every herbal product produced.

Before the process begins, raw materials are inspected for the last time. Later, they are processed in accordance to the strict guidelines that we use. After the process is over, the power blends are stored in specific containers that ensure that the products will not lose their quality or freshness, and also help avoid any soiling. Specially trained professionals check if the products are labelled properly.

Encapsulation and Compression - first, a sample is produced that is compared to the standards in order to check the integrity and assure quality. Once the reatined sample passes the tests, conducted according to the detailed instructions, the entire line is manufactured. Quality control inspections are conducted according to the guidelines for the capsules. Again, the capsules are stored in specific containers that ensure that the products will not lose their quality or freshness, and also help avoid any contamination. Also, Bowtrol staff ensures that all the capsules are labeled correctly.

Packing and examination - as soon as the process is completed, the manufactured products are checked again for correspondence to the set standards, for filled capsules, defective tablets, and other defects. The defected products are immediately withdrawn from the batch. The products that have passed the tests conducted by the quality control personnel, are either packaged for storage or bottled and labeled, ready for consumer use. The labels on the bottles contain all the information required by the Federal Drug Administration, and also the batch numbers. All the finished and packaged products are closed with tamperproof seals. The quality control department stores samples of the raw materials used for production for one year past the last product they were used for expires. The quality department also retains a sample of the finished product that is also stored for a year past the expiration date.

Liquids - all of the liquids produced by Bowtrol follow the same pattern which ensures high quality and correspondence with all standards.

Final product storage - all the final products are stored in quarantine in appropriate climate-controlled setting until they are delivered to the customers.

All Bowtrol products are manufactured in full accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices set by US Federal Drug Administration. Besides scheduled and regular inspections, surprise inspections by quality control personnel during different stages of production process helps ensure the correspondence with the high quality standards both for raw materials and final products.
